Like we never left. The SMACK League Match Day One, Season VI

The SMACK League Matchday 1 happened on 23.04.2023 at Legends Rugby grounds & was dedicated to SMACK old boy Chris ‘Negou’ Ntege who passed on over the Easter weekend in a dreadful accident with his wife and Kids.

Chris was a regular player for the Outkasts (class of 2005) since season 1. A special tribute was held through the lighting of remembrace candles.

Despite the heavy rain throughout the day, we had a full turn up with all 20 cohorts participating in the day’s games.

The evening session was headlined by Janzi band & Naava Grey with an appearance by Etania.

The SMACK League season 6, like the previous seasons will continue its mandate of championing Corporate Social Responsibility through The SMACK League impact objective. And will continue with the networking, sports & fitness plus shared business opportunities amongst the SMACK old boys, other attendants and partner organizations.

Season 6 will also feature other sports i.e. Esports, Golf & Basketball.

The SMACK League is a family centric social gathering run by the old boys of St.Mary’s college Kisubi that happens every two weeks at Legends.
